When the buyers of this newly constructed home wanted to add smart automation features, we worked with them on plans for lighting and thermostat controls, a whole-house AV system, networking and WiFi, automated locks and security cameras. Automated shades and a central vacuum system delivered additional conveniences.
With Josh.ai, everything was integrated into an easy-to-use system that can be managed through touch, text or natural voice commands. Josh.ai learns the household’s habits and preferences as it’s used.
On the kitchen and great room level, speakers were tucked into the ceiling and paint-matched to be unobtrusive. On the lower level, family and guests can choose to watch TV at a cozy hearth or while sitting at the bar. A projection system in a sunken home theater amps up the video experience further.
